A little
history about Bare Bears
Bare Bears of Maine was started by Jim & Joe as
a private social club for bears and friends who
enjoy group nudity. The group actually began
nearly 20 years ago in Boston when they lived there
and it grew into a large club which was well attended.
When they moved to southern Maine a few years ago,
they brought the idea with them.
Bare Bears is a unique group in Maine. It
attracts members from all over New England.
Members meet on the second Saturday for the monthly
Bare Bears of Maine Gathering. One of the
rules of the group is nudity is mandatory.
Since we are a group of nudists, it means that everyone
enjoys the same casual environment.
